PREP TIME (10 MINS) | COOK TIME (20 MINS) | TOTAL TIME (30 MINS)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 slices of thinly cut lemon
- 3 tbsp of fresh dill weed
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line your baking dish with parchment paper.
- Rinse salmon and pat to dry. Then place in the baking dish.
- Mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, fresh dill weed, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mix over the salmon.
- Layer the slices of cut lemon, spreading them out.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
- Dish out and enjoy!
This recipe is so easy to make and SO delicious! I personally like to serve it with roasted cauliflower and sweet potato to really help soak up the sauce. Then on the side I mixed up some Sweet Kale salad mix from Costco! (This is one of my favorites!)
