  • 2 (10 ounce) ribeye/ top sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tsp of garlic seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary
  • 4 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine small bowl with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning.
  2. Rub the steak with seasoning.
  3. Heat up pan to high heat. Combine olive oil.
  4. Once pan is HOT (I mean HOT) carefully place the steaks on the pan away from you (so that the oil doesn’t hit you).
  5. Grill the steak for 1-5 minutes for each side. See picture below for reference!
  6. Once your steak is cooked, remove from the pan onto a cooling rack.
  7. In the same pan, combine butter, garlic, and rosemary. Sauté together for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add back in your cooked steak. Baste each side of your steak with the butter mixture for 1 minute.
  9. Remove and let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes
    prior to cutting!
  10. Serve with your choice of steamed vegetables/ potatoes, and enjoy!
