Lychee Simple Syrup
- 1 can lychee in syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
Mocktail Ingredients
- 1 oz. rose water
- 1 oz. lychee simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 oz yuzu juice can sub for fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 cup ice
Prepare Lychee Syrup
Using a blender, blend 1 can of lychee in syrup until smooth. Strain using a strainer, dispose of the discards.
Combine sugar and blended lychee syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
Shake the ingredients together
Using a cocktail mixer or a mason jar with a blender bottle metal ball, combine all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
Using a strainer, strain over your chilled cocktail glasses. Enjoy!
