Ingredients
  

Lychee Simple Syrup

  • 1 can lychee in syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Mocktail Ingredients

  • 1 oz. rose water
  • 1 oz. lychee simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 oz yuzu juice can sub for fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup ice

Instructions
 

Prepare Lychee Syrup

  • Using a blender, blend 1 can of lychee in syrup until smooth. Strain using a strainer, dispose of the discards.
  • Combine sugar and blended lychee syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.

Shake the ingredients together

  • Using a cocktail mixer or a mason jar with a blender bottle metal ball, combine all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Using a strainer, strain over your chilled cocktail glasses. Enjoy!
