Mango Smoothie Bowl

You guys know I love my smoothie bowls! They are so delicious, so easy to make, and so fun to make! Spring is in the air so I was feeling so festive this morning and eager for some tropical flavours! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all the ingredients together
  2. Top with your favourite choice of fruits, nuts, or seeds!
