INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Toppings: fresh berries, kiwis, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tsp of fresh coconut shavings, + anything else you would love to add on top!
DIRECTIONS
- Blend together the mixed berries, banana, coconut milk, and protein powder until smooth.
- Pour onto a shallow bowl.
- Top with your choice of fresh toppings! Enjoy!
