INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen mangoes
1/2 a frozen banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup ice
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp of honey
DIRECTIONS
Blend all the ingredients together
Top with your favourite choice of fruits, nuts, or seeds!
