How to Shake a Cocktail?
If you have a cocktail shaker, great! If not, no problem. A mason jar and a protein shaker ball, (I think we all have these lol) works perfectly! Simply pour your liquids into it, add ice, pop the lid on and shake it up. Works just like a shaker
Can I add alcohol to this?
Most definitely you can! A alcoholic spirit to add would likely be gin to this cocktail. If you choose to do so, add in 1 oz. of your choice in 🙂

Egg white adds viscosity and mouthfeel to cocktails and drinks such as sours only taste their best when made with added egg white. It also adds the prettiest foam on top as an elegant touch. If you are allergic or sensitive to egg, you can feel free to opt out of it.Â
Lychee Rose Mocktail
Ingredients
Lychee Simple Syrup
- 1 can lychee in syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
Mocktail Ingredients
- 1 oz. rose water
- 1 oz. lychee simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 oz yuzu juice can sub for fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 cup ice
Instructions
Prepare Lychee Syrup
- Using a blender, blend 1 can of lychee in syrup until smooth. Strain using a strainer, dispose of the discards.
- Combine sugar and blended lychee syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
Shake the ingredients together
- Using a cocktail mixer or a mason jar with a blender bottle metal ball, combine all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
- Using a strainer, strain over your chilled cocktail glasses. Enjoy!
